This premium yakju is brewed according to an ancestral family recipe using a fresh crop of Hamyang rice, clear water from Jirisan Mountain, and young pine needles gathered in spring (when they are at their most fragrant and magical).
The result is light, crisp, and manzanilla sherry-like, with delicate minty notes of pine lingering at the edges.
