Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
General Provisions
1.1. This website (https://cultsool.com hereinafter referred to as “Site") and its services are owned and operated by:

1.2. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the rules for using the Site, the rights and obligations of users ("Users") and the company (“Company” or “Cult”).
1.3 The Company has valid permits for the sale of alcoholic beverages intended for consumption outside the place of sale, containing from 4.5% to 18% of alcohol, no. I/301/B/201/2020 of 21/07/2020, issued by the Mayor of Poznań on the basis of the Act of 26 October 1982 on upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1286, 1893, 1916.)
1.4. The Site is intended for adults only; in accordance with applicable law, you must be of legal age (18 years or older) to access the Site.
1.5 Orders are limited to businesses (B2B clients) and authorized partners. Users confirm they hold valid a business license and tax ID and are able to engage in business transactions in Poland.
1.6. Using the Site and placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Definitions
2.1. User – a person visiting the website https://cultsool.com.
2.2. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit that purchases a product from Cult.
2.3. Company – Cult sp. Z.o.o (“Cult”), a company registered in Poznań, Poland and entered into the National Court Registers as No. 0001138052. Cult offers B2B sales of alcoholic beverages including wine, spirits, and related products, alongside informational content tailored to professionals in the alcohol trade.
2.4. Goods – products offered by Cult.
2.5. Agreement – a contract for the sale of Goods concluded between the Customer and Company.
2.6. Order – an offer by the Customer to purchase Goods from the Company.
2.7. B2B (Business to Business) – a business model in which commercial transactions take place between businesses, including wholesale and business services. B2B customers settle their accounts based on invoices.
3. Orders and payment
3.1. Order submission indicates an offer to purchase a specific product under stated terms; Cult confirms acceptance via email or phone. Each order is subject to confirmation and acceptance by the Company.
3.2 Orders can be placed via the order form on our Site. Orders can also be placed by telephone, email, or in person with individual terms and conditions for ordering, transport and collection agreed upon.
3.3. Preorders: In cases where products are not yet available for immediate delivery, Clients may place preorders. The terms of each preorder, including delivery timeline and cost, shall be agreed individually in writing prior to order confirmation.
3.4. Price information, availability, and product descriptions are for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
3.5. Payment terms apply as per invoice or agreed conditions, including payment deadlines and methods, subject to confirmation of order acceptance.
3.6. Cult reserves the right to withdraw from the execution of the Order in the event of unforeseen events.
4. Delivery and risk
4.1. Delivery conditions, timelines, and shipping costs will be communicated per Order. For preorders, delivery dates and costs will be specified individually and reflected in the confirmation.
4.2. Risk of damage or loss passes to the Customer upon delivery acceptance.
4.3. Customers must inspect Goods upon delivery and report any shipping damages immediately. This is a condition for consideration of any complaints.
Returns and complaints
5.1. Alcohol products are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery, in line with applicable laws.
5.2. Please submit complaints by email to: julian@joincult.co.
5.3. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer.
Intellectual property and restrictions
6.1. Content on the Site including texts, images, and logos are intellectual property of Cult or its partners, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. Content is provided for informational purposes only and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed with correct attributions.
6.3. Cult strives to ensure content accuracy but does not guarantee completeness, suitability, or error-free operation. Cult does not endorse or accept liability for third-party content linked to displayed on the Site.
Personal data and privacy
7.1. Cult processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR. Upon request, personal data is deleted.
7.2. To place an order, the Customer must consent to the processing of their personal data. Users may also express separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Company.

Final provisions
8.1. These Terms and all transactions shall be governed by Polish law.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be resolved amicably or by the competent courts.
8.3. Cult reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with notice posted on the Site.
8.4. Orders accepted before changes will be governed by the Terms in force at acceptance time.
