This policy applies to purchases made through cultsool.com and sets out the rules for both business-to-business and consumer sales. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more detail.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been confirmed and/or dispatched. Once an order has been accepted for processing or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled unless Cult agrees otherwise in writing.
For preorder items, cancellation terms may be agreed individually before order confirmation.
B2B Sales
For business purchases, all sales are generally final and products are non-returnable, except where the goods are defective, damaged, or where another return right is expressly agreed in writing or required by law.
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any visible damage or defect immediately after receipt.
Consumer sales
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by using the withdrawal form below or by sending any other clear statement by email to julian@joincult.co.

return conditions
Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition, unless the return concerns a defective or damaged product. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
For health and safety reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened cannot be returned if the seal has been broken, where applicable law allows such an exception.
Damaged or defective goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at julian@joincult.co and include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and may request additional information to assess the claim.
Return shipping costs
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning products.
For consumer returns under the legal right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refunds and remedies
If a return or complaint is accepted, Cult may offer a refund, replacement, repair, or another appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
For valid consumer withdrawals, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
9. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer or commercial law.
