A fruity trinity.
Yuzu from Geoje, fragrant Korean strawberries, and tangerines from Jeju—each bottle captures the flavors of the fruit inside, with no artificial fruit flavor.
Sahwa Yuzu
Fermented Geoje yuzu juice, with all the bright aroma and tang you'd hope for. Delicate but lively, sweet without being cloying. Drink it chilled as an aperitif, with sashimi, or alongside something dark and chocolatey.
Jinju Strawberry Wine
A wine with two faces. Straight from the freezer, it's light, fresh, and a little more sophisticated than you'd expect, with a hint of sweetness like frozen strawberries. Merely chilled, it gets bolder, with the deep aroma of dark September fruit. Demi-sec, and best in late summer.
Hondiju
Made from freshly pressed tangerines grown on small farms on Jeju Island. Juicy and bright, with natural sweetness softened by citrus acidity. A faint sulphur note, much like you'd find in a cider, gives it some depth.
