Seonsanpo Soju

Seongsanpo Soju is a traditional Jeju distilled soju crafted by Jejubadang in Seongsan-eup, using only 100% Jeju-grown rice, patented domestic N9 yeast, and pristine volcanic rock water.

Vacuum distilled and carefully aged, it delivers a refreshingly smooth and clean profile despite its 25% ABV. The soju opens with a nutty aroma derived from well-cooked rice, bringing forward a deep, savory-cheongju fragrance reminiscent of roasted peanuts. Its taste is notably smooth and soft—with sweet and savory rice flavors and a clean, spring-water-like texture—while a bright, herbal edge enlivens the finish.
